When a maniac is arrested by the police in Milan for fraud, he quickly stumbles upon an infamous case involving the supposed ‘accidental’ death of an anarchist at the very same station. Issuing a myriad of crazy disguises and shenanigans he soon manages to learn the truth from the detectives involved, whilst having a crazy fun time doing so. Soon a socialist journalist arrives also wanting to learn the truth. Thus the characters are manipulated by the maniac for his crazy game and unknown agenda.
