Our ticketing website host will not send you an email confirmation once you have purchased your tickets, even if your payment provider advises that they will. You will be redirected to a confirmation page which will advise you to print for your records as proof of purchase.
Your tickets will not be sent to you in the post, you will be able to pick up your tickets from the Box Office at the Caxton Theatre during its opening times. Opening times are usually during a performance week from 6.45pm or during selected special events at the theatre, such as Open Events.
We will be following all government guidelines with regards to mask wearing and track and trace following the statement on July 19th.
